If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
Beta Marine Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Beta Marine Ltd, After Sales within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent. If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, please contact Beta Marine Ltd, After Sales;
If your purchase from Beta Marine Ltd is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
You may cancel your order by informing Beta Marine Ltd, After Sales;
Anytime up to seven days from the date of receiving the delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
Beta Marine Ltd will refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the same method of payment that was originally used.
NB Please ensure the original delivery note is returned with your goods.
Deliveries are made using a courier, dependant on weight and volume.
For UK orders up to 2kg - £5.90 ex VAT, £7.08 inc. VAT will be added for post and packing.
For UK orders over 2kg and up to 30kg - £10.80 ex VAT, £12.96 inc. VAT will be added for post and packing.
For overseas deliveries the cost of carriage is calculated by weight and country - please contact Beta Marine Ltd, After Sales for a quote.
Beta Marine Ltd endeavours to ensure that your delivery is dispatched between 1 to 3 working days from the date of your order being placed.
