If you unpack your item and find it to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange for you. All items to be returned in original packaging.
As soon as we get the item back, we will sort out your refund or replacement. Just allow up to two weeks for postage time – as soon as we have it we will start the refund. It may take 5-7 days to appear in your bank account.
